MUST MY DELIVERY BE SIGNED FOR?

Because of the high value of our goods, our default is to send your order with the requirement for a signature on delivery. We can waive the signature requirement, at your own risk.

Instances of non-delivery are very rare, but if you request that signature on delivery be waived and the package goes missing after arrival at your local depot we will not accept responsibility for the lost goods. Likewise, if you choose to waive the signature requirement after the order has been shipped (for example via UPS MyChoice) we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery.
