CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DETAILS AFTER THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

It depends on the courier service used, in many cases deliveries can be amended. With UPS you can only make changes to your delivery if you are signed up to UPS MyChoice, which we recommend you do if you regularly receive packages via UPS. With EMS (Parcelforce) you are unlikely to be able to make any changes before a delivery attempt has been made.

Please be aware that if you waive the signature on delivery requirement after your order has shipped (for example via UPS MyChoice) we cannot accept any liability for shipments that go missing after they have arrived at your local depot.

If you need your delivery changed please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what options you have and, if we can, will amend details for you.
