HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We send orders via a fast, tracked, signed for courier delivery service. In the UK we use UPS, but offer the option of DPD Local as well. For international orders we use a number of different couriers (mainly UPS), and we are constantly reviewing our shipping services and using the best choice for different countries and regions. In some countries you will be given a choice of delivery couriers in the shipping options when you check out.

PLEASE NOTE - our default is to ship with a signature required on delivery. If you ask us to waive the signature requirement, or choose to waive the signature requirement yourself after your order has shipped (for example via UPS MyChoice) we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery.
